Descriptive Analytics on the conversations

Analyze the user behavior - which data has been requested more, which segment of customers, how many repeat customers, serious customers.

    Can we do text summarization of descriptive analytics here? I feel that's more NLP focussed analytics than just charts. 25% customers revisited.

    Also how long will it take to build this? Any estimate? To not unnecessarily build, I may suggest evauating quickly our value of our collected datasets first over PowerBi and show our prospects to evaluate whether its compelling. A deadline for scheduled Aug 2nd week external webinar would be great.

    PowerBi is dead cheap for organizations and I assume there's some sort of elastic DB connector pre-built.
