Event-based chatbot popup

This can help in engaging with the users/customers/prospects at the right instants (for some back-end events pushing notifications)

  • Chatbot can initiate a conversation when a prospect scrolls through the webpages for more than a specific period of time or downloads a specific collateral or registers for any event

  • Similarly, a bot can popup to help customers complete certain actions such as someone unable to add contents to cart after multiple attempts

The above can be achieved in 2 ways:

By continuously monitoring and analyzing the events
