Lead Qualification

User/lead qualification through questionnaire, 3rd-party forms or built-in forms

This is to add value to the primary lead qualification stage i.e., in segmenting/categorizing the potential prospects by capturing more information about their revenue, employee strength, industry they cater to, number of geos where they operate etc. at right conversation instants.

The questions to be asked through forms or as a questionnaire and the flows that will trigger the capturing of qualifying information should be configurable.

The capturing of basic user details (name, company and email) is a must to be able to capture leads in marketing databases/automation systems - using questionnaire, 3rd-party forms or built-in forms.
