Real time Sales/Marketing/Support Agent Alert/Notification on Visitor/User Detection

This can lead to better customer/prospect engagements, especially for target accounts. This can also provide sales executives an opportunity to cross-sell/upsell products to existing customers.

Whenever a user is struggling to perform an action, if a support agent can be looped in, it can immensely improve user satisfaction.

Whenever a repeat visitor/target account/customer is on the website or starts interacting with the chatbot, the associated account manager or the appropriate sales/marketing/support executive (from CRM database) can receive a notification (through Teams/Email) of their presence and they can choose to immediately engage with the prospect through chat.

Either the AI agent itself can track the trigger or receive it from a 3rd party application. So, this can be coupled with the "Event-based chatbot popup" idea
