Email based triggers

Email trigger (instead of text-based trigger) to trigger the various workflows created

Capability to process email (keyword based + context-based) to capture the email intent

Capability to trigger the appropriate flows which were earlier triggered only by text-based inputs

For eg: A flow to create tickets in a 3rd party ticketing system after capturing the ticket details during chatbot-user interaction exists.

The same flow to create tickets can be triggered if the same ticket details have been received through email.
