Chatbot: show the upcoming events in chatbot responses in a time-bound and configurable manner.
This is to nudge the chatbot visitors to look up and register for upcoming events/webinars etc or to explore any new product/collateral recently introduced by the company by greeting visitors with such messages or including such messages in some of the frequently asked FAQs or commonly performed actions.
The bot can query some location (sharepoint doc/excel/any FAQ or any flow in our application) to see if there is any upcoming event.
The bot can then take all the configurable information on event messaging, the duration of displaying the messaging as well as the flows for which that message should be included from that location itself.
